Recording Artists.
RM47, a Los Angeles-based duo comprising the artists MAAD and Raleigh, share a deep creative connection that fuels their collaborative process. Before adopting the RM47 name, MAAD, recognized for her roles as a recording artist, songwriter, DJ, and model, collaborated with Raleigh, a musician and vocalist specializing in production and songwriting, on various projects, including MAAD's solo releases like "Eventually Pt. 1" and EarlGréy's "Overdue."
In 2023, RM47 made waves in the music industry, opening for Qveen Herby's three sold-out shows at the Teragram Ballroom and headlining their first show at Los Globos. They also graced the cover of DSRPT magazine and released their highly anticipated debut album.
Their music gained local and international recognition, with plays on BBC Radio and KCRW's "Mornings Become Eclectic." RM47's sound blends soulful vocals with sultry guitars, entrancing synths, and captivating rhythms, creating a fusion of nostalgia and Alt-Electro-RnB.
